Quick 15-minute meeting to learn basic information regarding a prospective client and their project. We also provide information about our principal designer, our processes, budget expectations, and more!

Cancellation Policy

Meetings canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting will incur a rescheduling fee of 149.97 (or a $149.97 credit if the designer cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of a meeting). This fee does not apply to causes beyond either party's reasonable control ("Force Majeure") to include, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, or other labor disputes.
