Cancellation Policy
This is a non-refundable, pre-paid service. Meetings canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting will incur a rescheduling fee of $149.97 (or a $149.97 credit if the designer cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of a meeting). This fee does not apply to causes beyond either party's reasonable control ("Force Majeure") to include, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm, or other similar occurrences, orders, or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, or other labor disputes.
